NEW: Dynamic Weekly & Fortnightly Reporting (Now Live)

We have officially transitioned from static PDF reports to Dynamic Weekly and Fortnightly Reports within the platform.

This update has been developed in close collaboration with educators who wanted greater flexibility and the ability to “drill down” into student wellbeing data more meaningfully. While the previous PDF reports provided a helpful overview, school leaders and teachers told us they needed more interactive, responsive data insights to support timely decision-making. The new dynamic reports are designed to make data analysis both simple and actionable.

The result is a more practical, interactive reporting experience designed for real school use.

Why We Made This Change

While the previous PDF reports provided a snapshot of data, they required additional interpretation and limited your ability to explore patterns in greater depth.

Schools asked for:

  • Clearer identification of trends and shifts

  • The ability to explore data at a deeper level

  • Support interpreting complex wellbeing patterns

  • Actionable next steps linked directly to findings

The new dynamic reports respond directly to that feedback.

If you would like to share your feedback or requests, please feel free to do so using the button below.

What You Can Now Do

1. Generate an AI Summary at the Start of Your Report

At the beginning of each weekly or fortnightly report, you can generate an AI summary that will:

  • Analyse your selected dataset

  • Identify patterns and emerging trends

  • Highlight anomalies or unexpected shifts

  • Flag data that may require attention

  • Provide recommended actions aligned to your data and students' needs

This feature is particularly useful for:

  • Executive briefings

  • Wellbeing team meetings

  • Leadership discussions

  • Preparing updates for staff

It reduces time spent interpreting graphs and helps you focus immediately on what matters most.

2. Interactable Data Cards

Every data card within the report is now interactive. You can:

  • Review a summary specific to that card (if AI summaries are turned on)

  • Click directly into sections of a graph to drill down on data

  • Filter or view more detailed breakdowns

  • Select “Explore More” to access further reporting details

This means you can move from a whole-school overview to cohort, year-level or trend-specific insights within seconds.

Practical School Applications

These reports are designed to support schools to:

  • Monitor wellbeing trends weekly or fortnightly

  • Identify early indicators of concern

  • Track shifts following interventions or events

  • Recognise positive growth and protective factors

  • Guide targeted, data-informed responses

For example, you might:

  • Notice a rise in anxiety-related responses across a particular stage

  • Identify decreased readiness to learn following assessment periods

  • Observe improved belonging after implementing a new initiative

Instead of static information, you now have interactive, drill-down capability to explore the “why” behind the data.

Designed for Clarity and Depth

The goal of dynamic reporting is twofold:

  1. Make wellbeing data easy to understand at a glance.

  2. Provide the depth needed when further investigation is required.

You remain in control of how much detail you explore, while having AI-supported insights to guide interpretation.

Exporting to PDF

If you require a downloadable or shareable version, you can still export the dynamic report to PDF at any time.

When exporting, you now have the added flexibility to exclude specific data cards from the final document. This allows you to:

  • Tailor reports for different audiences (e.g. executive, wellbeing team, staff meetings)

  • Remove data sets that are not relevant to a particular discussion

This ensures you maintain both the interactivity of dynamic reporting within the platform and the practicality of customised PDF exports when needed.
